1. Do you know the parties in this Suit, and how long have you known them?

2. Do you know Judah, the mother of the petitioner & how long have you known her?

3. Do you know Sophia the grand mother of the petitioner & how long have you known her?

4. Did you now Elizabeth commonly called Betty Mingo, the great grandmother of the petitioner, and when; and do you know that the said Betty was the daughter of a white woman?

5. Do you know that for have you been informed and by whom that the petitioner or any of his ancestors are descended from a white woman? relate your knowledge fully and truly.

6. Have you any further knowledge of the subject, if you have, relate it fully and truly.
