I Alexander Moore Register of Wills for the County of Alexandria in the District of Columbia Do hereby certify that the bearer hereof Milly Dunbar a black woman, is free, as appears of record in my office—the said Milly Dunbar is five feet four inches high, very black colour, slender made, and is about thirty one years of age The said Milly Dunbar was sold to the late Mrs Frances Alexander for a Term of years, which has expired.
