Aris Buckner one of the Defts in the above cases, makes oath in open court that he has good reason to think & believe, from credible & certain information, as well as from circumstances in his own knowledge, and does verily think & believe, that a fair & impartial trial of the said suits, or of any of them, cannot be had in the County of Washington, where such suits are depending: Wherefore he prays that the same be removed into the Court holden in Alexandria County.
