You are hereby commanded to summon Tascoe C. Quinton and Alexander Hutchison and Daniel Kimler to appear before the Honorable the United States' Judges of the Circuit Court of the District of Columbia for the County of Alexandria, at the court-house in the town of Alexandria, on the Tuesday 12th day of May May. court, which commences on the 4th Monday in May next, to testify and the truth to say on behalf of Ariss Buckner & Bernard H Buckner in a certain matter of controversy, still pending and undetermined, between Harry Jackson & his wife Fanny & their two children and others paupers and them and this you shall in no wise omit, under the penalty of $333 33: and have then there this writ.
