The case of Negroe Milly.
The facts set forth in the annexed petition appear to be correctly stated and according to those facts, It is my opinion that the said negroe Milly is according to the laws of Virginia, now the law of the County of Alexandria, is entitled to her freedom, which is respectfully submitted.
