It is agreed that the deposition of Matthew Kennedy taken on the foregoing interrogatories before any Justice of the Peace of Harrison County, Ohio, be read in evidence on the trial of the petition aforesaid.

I sign the foregoing agreement with this understanding that the depositions of Thomas Gossam, John Gossam Thomson Gossam Sandey Gossam, William Jacobs and John David who live in Virginia within the a hundred miles & within the jurisdiction of this court
be read in evidence &[?] sending[?] on or before the first of May next a coppy of the interogatories to Judge Gabriel Duval dft in this case
