The Petition of Negress Sarah humbly sheath that she is entitled to her freedom and is unjustly claimed as a slave by one George Kirby Executor of John B. Kirby Decd. Therefore she prays to be adjudged free and discharged and prays that subpa may be issued so the said George Kirby Exor of John B Kirby Decd so appear and answer hereto.
