O Say Can You See

I hu most respectfully state that we I do not claim or pretend to own the persons named in the suit of Olivia Lee and her child John Lee, Betsey Lee and her children Milly Lee, Charles Lee, William Lee, George Lee and Caroline Lee against me for their freedom and I do hereby quit claim to the said Petitioner and release any that I have or may have had. Witness this 30 April 1841. I also state that I do not further wish to defend the suit against me, in the same[?] or for any other person.
