Matilda Derrick v. George Mason & Alexander Moore. Will of Mariamne Craik

 

I Mariamne Craik do acknowledge this to be my last Will and Testament; I give and bequeath to my Grand daughters Ann Moore and Ann Louisa Harrison my woman Mydilla and children to be divided between them. if they are sold they must be sold for a term of years. They must not be sold for life out of the Family. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Tenth day of April 1815.

Be it Remembered that on this 20th day of April 1815, before me Alexander Moore Register of Wills for the County of Alexandria in the district of Columbia, came William Washington and Maria D. Craik and proved this last Will and Testament of Mariamne Craik decd in due form of Law.
