You are hereby commanded to summon Anne Tilley that all excuses and delays set aside, she be and appear before the Court here on the fourth Monday of December next to answer the petition of Susan Bordley, and her children, Rachel Bordley, Charlotte Bordley, Philis Bordley & James Bordley for their freedom in this Court exhibited against her. Hereof fail not at your peril - and have you then and there this Writ. Witness the honble Wm Cranch Esq. Chief Judge of our said Court the 30th day of June in the year 1809.
