In the case of negroe Ben and Sabrett Scott
It is agreed by the parties by consent of parties ordered by the Court that untill the decision of the writ of error in the Supreme Court, w S. Scott may hire Ben to any person, approved of by F. S. Key Esq, to be employed by the person so hiring him, to go to any part of the United States, out of the World, by Land or Water, and upon Ben's being so carried out of the Dist. of Columbia, in the service of any person so hiring him, it shall not be a breach or forfeiture of the rocognizance entered into by the said Scott.
