And the said Henry Pile by Philip Barton Key his Attorney saith that the said Robert Elizabeth Thomas was not a free white woman and of this he puts himself on the Country and the said Robert in like manner &c.

And the said Henry Pile by his said Attorney further saith that the said Robert Thomas is not lineally descended in the female Line from a free white woman named Elizabeth Thomas and of this he puts himself upon the Country and the said Robert in like manner.
