By virtue of a writ of Habeas Corpus issued on Yesterday, directed to the Marshal to bring up to Court negro Ben, represented to be illegally confined in the prison of Washington County, the Marshal brought up the said negro Ben and the Court, after hearing arguments of Counsel, order the said negro Ben to be discharged from confinement.
