Dunbar vs Alexander
It is agreed that this suit shall be continued to the next term for trial. that Gustavus B. Alexander, & Geo. Chapman Alexander, acting executor of Wm B. Alexander hereby enter their appearance to this suit - all objections being waived as to form of pleading parties. the last waived parties to be considered & then cause to stand & be considered as if the several declarations had had been filed & writs against each of the above parties & the same instruct[?] for trial in every respect regularly & the pleas of the general issue regularly filed at this term of the Court & the said suit to stand for trial at the next term of this Court.
