On the motion of the plaintiff by her Attorney By consent of parties Commissions are awarded the said plff, to be directed to any Magistrate of the County where the witnesses reside; to examine and take the depositions of Jesse Timms, Patrick McIntyre and Thomas Triplett, witnesses in this cause residing in Loudoun County in the State of Virginia, and also to examin and take the depositions of Thomas Chapman John Spence and Mary Spence witnesses in the Said Cause residing in the County of Prince William in the State of Virginia aforesaid. the plff giving the defendant or his Attorney reasonable notice of the time and place of executing the same.
