Dennis Brown, who is admitted to sue in forma pauperis, complains of Christpher Neale in [illegible] &c. of a plea for this. that the said Defendant on him the day of in the year with force and arms at Alexandria aforesaid, assaulted the Plaintiff took him and carried him away several miles, and then and there under unlawful imprisonment held the Plaintiff in prison for th a long time, to wit, for the space of and still detains him in [illegible]. Whereupon the Plaintiff says he is injured and has sustained damage to the value of dollars. whereupon he brings suit &c.
