William v. John Swann. Affidavits of Bryant Hampson & Thomas Swann
Bryant Hampson personally appeared before me and made Oath that he hired William through his Agent Smith for One year for which here he gave his Bond and paid the Said Smith the amount of the hire that he has understood that he was the property of the Estate of John Plummer Decd. of the County of Prince George in the State of Maryland.
Given under my hand and seal this 12th day of Decr. 1820

Thomas Swann Jur. personally appeared before me and made Oath that he employed William about the 2nd of February of the present year. that he continued with him untill he went to live with John Swann, that during the time he lived with him which he thinks was between[?] three or four months he paid the hire to William
