That on Monday the 10th day of this present month, I shall take the deposition of William Patterson at the house Joseph Griffiss in the County of Calvert and State of Maryland in the suit now depending in the Circuit Court for the County of Alexandria wherein Negroe Chaney is Plf. and myself defendant pursuant to a Commission obtained for that purpose.
