Kitty Lemon by Kitty Lemon her next friend complains of Ebenezer Bacon in custoy &c of a plea of trespass. for that on the       day of       in the year eighteen hundred and thirty two in the county aforesaid the said Ebenezer Bacon with force and arms made an assault on the said Kitty and then & there beat and ill treated and falsely imprisoned the said Kitty to the great damage of the said Kitty and against the peace of the United States. Wherefore the said Kitty by Nelly Lemon her next friend saith she is injured and hath sustained damage to the amount of $500.⁰⁰ ⁄₁₀₀ and therefore she brings suit.
