order'd that the Said negro Morris be directly delivered into the Custody of William A Scott for safe keeping for untill the first days of the next Court and untill the further the order of the said Circuit Court in the premisses provided he the said Morris give good and sufficient security for his personal appearance at Said time[?] before said Court, unless prevented by death or [ink] other inevitable casualty and that in the mean time he give Security to for his support & maintenance and to indemnify the said Davis   & Kincaid therefrom[?] and for the said time to pay Hire[?] at reasonable at the rate of Ten dollars per month, if the said Morris [water damage] enough to work & Labour, the said Davis & Kincaid having refused to go keep him and give security to produce him at said time.
