I hereby agree on the part of Alexander Scott that any original papers filed in the case of Walter & Dennis Thomas vs. the said Alexander Scott in the circuit court for the district of Columbia & county of Washington may be taken out, upon Copies being previously taken by the clerk & filed, & upon security being given that they shall be returned.
