William Scott v. William H. Williams. Summons of William H. Williams

 

District of Columbia, to wit:
The United States of America,
To the Marshal of the District of Columbia, Greeting:

You are hereby commanded to summon William H. Williams if he shall be found within the County of Washington, that he appear in the Circuit Court of the District of Columbia, at rules to be held for the County of Washington, at the City of Washington on the first fourth Monday of March next, to answer to bill of complaint of the petition of freedom of William Scott filed in Court here against him and others.

Hereof fail not at your peril; and have you then and there this precept.

Witness the Hon. W. Cranch, Chief Judge of the said Court.
