The Petition of Wallace Blue a person of colour humbly complaining sheweth unto the said Honourable Court that your Petitioner is entitled to his freedom and is unjustly held in bondage by John W Williams, Mary S Williams his wife and William S Colquhoun directed and such relief in the premises as my be according to law
