You are hereby commanded to summon Nathaniel Seavers & George Hagley if they shall be found in the County of Washington, that they be and appear in the Circuit Court of the District of Columbia, at rules to be held for the County of Washington, at the City of Washington, on the first fourth Monday of March next, to answer the bill of complaint of petition of freedom of Valentine Jones filed in Court here against and others. them
Hereof fail not at your peril; and have you then and there this precept.
