Polly Parker v. Cushing Daniel. Summons of Cushing Daniel

 

District of Columbia, to wit:
The United States of America,
To the Marshal of the District of Columbia, Greeting:

You are hereby commanded to summon Cushing Daniel if he shall be found in the County of Washington, that he be and appear in the Circuit Court of the District of Columbia, at rules to be held for the County of Washington, at the City of Washington, on the first 4th Monday of March next, to answer the bill of complaint of Petition for freedom of Polly Parker filed in Court here against him and others.

Hereof fail not at your peril; and have you then and there this precept.

Witness of Hon. W Cranch, Chief Judge of the said Court.

Issued the 6th day of January 1845.
