That "the force and coertion" and above mentioned, may be either physical or moral, either by force and coertion used upon the person of Armistead, or upon his mind to such degree that his own free will was disturbed restrained (and the Jury may infer such that such was his condition if they believe from the evidence that he was too weak to resist the said undue influences or fraudulent influences, under which the said deed was made.) provided the Jury shall find that such influences were used)
