We command you that you take summon Francis Bowling & Clarissa B Gardner Administrators of Richard B Gardner late of Washington County, if they shall be found within the County of Washington in your said District, and th safely keep, so that you have be & appear bod before the Circuit Court of the District of Columbia, to be held for the County aforesaid, at the City of Washington, on the Fourth Monday of March next, to answer unto the Petition of Margaret Norah Atkins & Alfred Atkins their friend for their freedom
