To the Marshal of the District of Columbia, Greeting:
We command you that you take Summon John McCutchen & John H.G. McCutchen late of Washington County if shall be found within the County of Washington in your said District and safely keep, so that you have to be & bod appear before the Circuit Court of the District of Columbia, to be held for the County aforesaid, at the City of Washington, on the 3d Monday of October next, to answer unto Letha Ducket, Mary Duckett, Thomas Duckett, Barbara Duckett, Julia Duckett & Lewis Ducket Infants by their said Letha & next friend & mother
Hereof fail not, at your peril, and you then and there this writ.
