It is agreed in this case that the Plaintiff may read in evidence from the record from the Court of Appeals of Maryland the paper purporting to be the will and depositions of Gabriel P. T. Greenfield, and the depositions taken in support of it, and the defendant may read the depositions in the [illegible] record taken on the part of the caveater[?] to invalidate the will in the same manner, and to [illegible] the same effect and none other as if the original paper purporting to be a will was ever produced and the witnesses produced against it [illegible] examined viva voce.
