The petitioner having fled to this Court for protection, and having on oath asserted his right to freedom, & having filed his petition claiming such right, it is order'd that, the Marshall take him into custody for safe keeping and that a subpona in the usual form usual in like cases be issued returnable immediately against the said Alford, Jno Coburn & George Milburn & that the Marshall serve the same as soon as possible.
