I hereby Certify that the bearer hereof Simon Queen a Black man five feet eight Inches and a half high appearing to be upwards of fifty years old having a Scar on the left hand near the upper Joint of the middle finger and who was raised at the White Marsh in the County aforesaid and became entitled to his freedom by the Judgement of Prince Georges County Court at April Term Seventeen hundred and ninety Six on his petition against John Ashton
