To the Honorable The Judges of the Circuit Court of the District of Columbia for the County of Washington.

The humble Petition of Catherine Killigrew, on behalf of herself and her Children, Christopher Killigrew, Anny Killigrew, Louisa Killigrew, and an Infant unnamed

Sheweth

That Your Petitioners are detained in Slavery by Mary Ann Fenwick; She therefore on behalf of herself & Children pray; that as she can shew & prove they are entitled to their freedom that the usual process may issue, so that they may be permitted legally to assert their pretension

And Your Petr as in duty bound will ever pray
