The United States of America,
To the Marshal of the District of Columbia, Greeting:

You are hereby commanded to summon Moses Lucket Charles Scrivener if he shall be found in the County of Washington, that he be and appear in the Circuit Court of the District of Columbia, at rules to be held for the County of Washington, at the City of Washington, on the first 4th Monday of November next, to answer to bill of complaint of the Petition for Freedom of Moses Lucket filed against him filed in Court here against and others.

Hereof fail not at your peril; and have you then and there this precept.

Witness the Hon. W Cranch, Chief Judge of the said Court.
