Ann Davis v. Charles Minifee. Minute Book Entry
Upon the motion of Richard Jameson, it is ruled and ordered that an attachment issue against Charles Minifie for not paying the said Richard Jameson the sum of three Dollars and 75 cents for his attendance as a Witness for the said Charles Minifie at the suit of Anne Davis & children, unless cause be shewn to the contrary Saturday the 19th of January 1811, provided that a Copy of this Order be served on the said Minifie on or before the 15th Instant.
