Ex parte Fanny Richardson. Writ of Habeas Corpus

 

District of Columbia, to wit

The United States of America to the Marshal of the District of Columbia, Greeting:

You are hereby required to have the body of Fanny Richardson, detained in your Custody it is said by whatever name she may be called, before the Hon: the Judges of the Circuit Court of the District of Columbia for Alexandria County at the Court house in Alexandria on Saturday next at 10 O Clock A. M.; together with the cause of her caption and detention, to do, receive and submit to what shall then and there be considered concerning her; and make return how you have executed this writ.

Witness the Hon: William Cranch, Chief Judge of our said Court this 11th day of November 1831.
