District of Columbia, to wit:
The United States of America,
To the Marshal of the District of Columbia, Greeting:

You are hereby commanded to summon Isaac Buckingham if he shall be found in the County of Washington, that he be and appear in the Circuit Court of the District of Columbia, at rules to be held for the County of Washington, at the City of Washington, on the first 4th Monday of March next, to answer this petition for freedom to bill of complaint of William Taylor filed in Court here against him and others.

Hereof fail not at your peril; and have you then and there this precept.

Witness the Hon. W Cranch, Chief Judge of the said Court.

Issued the 1st day of January 1846.
