The Petition of Margaret Norah Atkins and Alfred Atkins by David Atkins their Father and next friend humbly shewth that the said Margaret Norah, and Alfred are free, and are now held in servitude by the Francis Bowling, and Clarissa B. Gardner administrators of Richard B. Gardner deceased and they pray subpoena and that their petition be heard by the Court.
