You are hereby commanded to summon Frances Bowling & Clarissa Gardnier adms of Richard B. Gardiner if shall be found in the County of Washington, that they be and appear in the Circuit Court of the District of Columbia, at rules to be held for the County of Washington, at the City of Washington, on the first third Monday of October next, to answer to bill of complaint the Petition of Margaret & Noah Atkin by David Atkin their next friend for their freedom filed in Court here against them and others.
