The Petitioner Virginia Lee by Hickey Lee, her mother and next friend humbly represents that she is held in bondage by one Frederick Goulding of the said County. That yr petitioner is entitled to her freedom and she therefore prays yr Honors to grant unto her the U S writ of subpoena &c &c
