Upon hearing the motion for an attachment made in this cause by the counsel for council for the petitioner, it is this 7th day of April 1835 ordered, that unless the said Henry Howison, who has been duly summoned to answer the said petition shall on or before the 13th day of April instant appear in this Court and produce before the Court the body of the said petitioner or enter with recognizance in the usual form with good security in the sum of four hundred dollars with the usual condition to have the said petitioner in this Court at the tri to attend the trial &c. The attachment be issued, in the usual form against the said Henry Howison.
