Esther Bradley v. Elizabeth Wilson. Bill of Sale
Know all men by these precence that I Cumberland Wilson of the County of Prince William & State of Virginia hath this Day bargained & sold, and by these precence do bargain and sell unto Alexander Wilson of the State aforesaid. One Negroe Woman named Esther, for the sum of fifty pounds fifteen shillings to me in hand paid; am by these precence do alien and Conform the said Esther to the said Alexander Wilson his Heirs Executors administrators or assigns. am by these precence do warrant and forever defend the said Negroe to the said Alexander Wilson for the Claim or Claimes of all other persons whatsoever. Given under my hand and seale this third Day of March 1795.
