The United States of America to the Marshal of the District of Columbia, Greeting.

You are hereby commanded th to Summon Mary Ann Fenwick that all excuses and delays set aside she be and appear before the Circuit Court of the District of Columbia for the County of Washington to be held at the City of Washington on the fourth Monday of December next to answer the petition of Catherine Killigrew in behalf of herself and Christopher Killigrew, Anny Killigrew, Louisa Killigrew and an infant unnamed, in the said court exhibited against her for their freedom

Hereof fail not at your peril & have you then and there this writ
