Ben v. Sabret Scott. Partial Bill of Exceptions

 

Notwithstanding it [ink] may appear from the evidence that the Petitioner, after having been domiciliated with his master in Maryland, was sent back into the state of Virginia for the purpose of working upon a farm there for a year which the Deft resided on at the time of his removal, and that the Petitioner, after being kept upon the farm for a year or more, was brought back to the Master's domicile in Maryland, the master having continued his domicile then in Maryland untill the Petitioner was so last brought back, from the farm in Virginia,

Which instruction the Court granted as prayed, and[?] the Petitioner's counsel excepted to the same
